Pros
As I worked on a Cruise ship before I was happy about the job, I was hired full time as Bartender in NYC and I ended up quitting after 2 months because they were giving me only 2,3,4 shifts/week the most, I wasn't the only one in this situation, most of the bartenders and wait staff were, also in other departments, they over hire people all the time so you end up with very few shifts and money in order to even survive. Waiters were paid 13 dollars per hour plus tips which you do not make on daily basis, rather on weekly basis, bartenders 13-17per hour plus tips which again you do not really make much of it, even on some shifts basically they do not let to make any tips. Food safety is very unclean, you definitely starve on some shifts, they treat their staff like you don't matter, except when it comes to sales ; Manny wait staff and bartenders quit after few weeks of work . Work safety very unsafe, management extremely disorganized, they do not train wait staff and bartenders in order to do their work professionally and you end up doing some others person's job and with no money in your pocket. Not recommended if you are a professional wait staff, bartender, its an ok job for somebody who is just starting to work in Hospitality Food industry. Job requires lots of heavy lifting and stairs climbing warring stuff up and down, extremely crazy schedule, you must be available for them t24/ 7 !!!
Cons
they over hire staff and they treat you like a modern slave just by the fact you starve while working in a restaurant basically, HILARIOUS!! the worts company/ restaurant I have ever worked in my life. NOT RECOMMENDED!! Waste of time and $$$
