Pros
The majority of employees are excellent to work with (intelligent, hard working, kind, etc.). Eau Claire is an excellent town to live in with plenty of activities. This hospital has a respectable set of core values.
Cons
You may find better pay elsewhere. Nurses may be frequently asked to work overtime and may be called often at home to see if they are able to come (although this may be a pro if you are looking for extra money.) The equipment and environment is some areas is outdated.
