Pros

Benefits are good and improve over time. There are some highly skilled and pleasant people with which to work.

Cons

Having hours of work changed with no choice and the challenge of wanting time off (PTO) with no one to work your location/hours.

Pros

Had good benefits and was wonderful to work in the year 2020-2025. Co-workers were friendly around 2023 and got along great with all of the coworkers.

Cons

There are numerous ones that I do not like about the company. Most of the people I worked with were not friendly, micromanaged and the company sold us out to Ensemble Health Partners which is even worse than HSHS on micromanging. I am pretty upset about them not letting us know at least a year ahead or 6 months that we were moving to Ensemble Health Partners. Everyone who was up for retirement stopped working for HSHS because of us moving to Ensemble Health Partners.
