Pros

Pay is pretty good. Friendly Staff. Positive atmosphere. Family friendly management. Good advancement opportunities for RN's. Management tries to keep staff informed of changes.

Cons

Basically to get promoted here you have to be a 4 yr RN. If you have experience or educational background in any other area you will not be promoted. You also have to part of the clique.

Pros

Had good benefits and was wonderful to work in the year 2020-2025. Co-workers were friendly around 2023 and got along great with all of the coworkers.

Cons

There are numerous ones that I do not like about the company. Most of the people I worked with were not friendly, micromanaged and the company sold us out to Ensemble Health Partners which is even worse than HSHS on micromanging. I am pretty upset about them not letting us know at least a year ahead or 6 months that we were moving to Ensemble Health Partners. Everyone who was up for retirement stopped working for HSHS because of us moving to Ensemble Health Partners.
