Pros
Good health insurance-as long as you use HSHS sanctioned providers; most co workers are good people just trying to make a living.
Cons
Employees are over worked and understaffed. Upper management too top heavy and are all MBA or CPA: no real idea of how healthcare delivery can be effectively provided; no definition of the overused word 'exceptional'. Employee evaluation is subjective. No real definition or plan for future company growth. Right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. Productivity bonuses are misleading. In the current state, I could not recommend employment with this company.
