While I can definitely appreciate the need to make cost savings a priority, it should never take precedence over the guests' experience. Staff hours decreased, supplies intentionally not ordered, and broken appliances prolonged on being repaired; this is the daily situation causing the team morale to plummet. Without being given the proper tools to do our job, faith is little to none that there is any interest in providing our guests with an excellent experience, rather than bleeding the hotel of any available resources until it's sold off to another management company.
