It all starts with the leader of the company, Robert Cole. Robert is an extremely intelligent and caring person who has compiled an amazing group of leaders on his team. The senior leadership team are all exceptional leaders who provide the necessary support, respect and innovative recommendations to help in any way they can. The growth of the portfolio as well as the supporting cast in our Corporate Office has been amazing to see over the past 2 years, and I look forward to an even better 2020!

Culture, communication & realistic vision are all a part of why I believe this to be one of the best hospitality companies in the bussiness.

Cons

Struggles with the economy have lead to difficult decisions, leaving positions open longer than is optimal etc.
