Pros

The website interface is relatively easy to navigate, and there are multiple hotel options available for booking.

Cons

The customer service is extremely slow and unhelpful. I faced issues with a hotel reservation, and it took days to get a response. Their refund policy is unclear, and they refuse to take responsibility for mistakes. Hidden fees and unexpected charges make the experience frustrating. Would not recommend using HRS for booking.

Nothing. C suite micromanages, has 0 personality, and is unrealistic about all expectations.

Pros

Good if you like working with hotels and restaurants Independent/ remote work opportunities

Cons

Only one product line ( Oracle) and competitive with Oracle itself so not good environment to partner Home grown product line is weak and not ready for real customer Managment has big culture issues working with various countries, try to do everything the Russian way Internal developed CRM system is impossible to use They look for every opportunity to pay less and slow down expenses. Always a fight to get paid back.
