Pros
Flexibility, some of the true older leaders that are tenured are incredible but most are being phased out
Cons
Fear based leadership, Glorifying cancelling PTO to make sales quotas, Siloed departments with no shared vision, used to be client focused but that vision is slipping away. People are promoted only if they are close with executive leadership and follow their micromanagement to a T
