- no on boarding - no training - no teamwork - no leadership/mentorship Company just has the illusion that it cares but in reality it a cut throat environment. If you come from a large company and are used to a corporate role you will not thrive it’s run as a mom and pop company with little knowledge on creating processes and resources. A company like this will not help you excel in you professional career it will take you many steps back- BE AWARE!!!
