Pros

Very progressive PTO to start (until you need to use it, the approval is the real problem). Company vehicle and gas card. Not TOO many jobs per day like other companies. Bonus incentives.

Cons

Micromanagement. They harp on stupid things instead of focusing on the important issues like getting the cable boxes and remotes to work properly and consistently. Promotions are few and far between based on performance. They want yes-men and brown nosers when it comes to managers. You have to brown nose your way up the ladder. Dispatch and internal tech support is pretty bad. Communication is super poor when it comes to relaying important information to technicians. The bonus incentive is also a con because the quality control department is inconsistent at best, failing you for things that aren’t listed in the scope of work requirements. The goal post is constantly moved when it comes to requirements for bonus. Only 5 sick days per year and you are not allowed to use vacation time or floating holiday time to cover missed days if you are sick or have a family emergency. Good luck getting pro approved when only one tech per team can be off at a time. Mind you there are approximately 20 techs per

Pros

If you Have good Numbers at the end of each quarter you do qualify for a bonus,

Cons

you have to always be snapping pictures for QC they Don't always comply they make it difficult a lot of times you do drive a lot.
