Pros
Everyone at the company supported a healthy work/life balance. Management was very understanding when time off was taken for family or health reasons. .
Cons
As with any construction company the summer if very busy with deadlines being met while contending with weather and other unknowns. Overall all everyone at Houck came together to help project work for the customer.
