Amazing Team, I loved the experience and guidance I gained. To do a great job anywhere requires a lot of work. Especially when we're helping students to better understand something they may not like.

Cons

Unstructured, but can be used to your advantage.

Pros

At an EAS school, there is more autonomy. It is not so microamnaged. Free Pre-k for your kids. Available bonus pay through PFP model.

Cons

Not much coaching happening at EAS schools (for a first year teacher that may be difficult). Not all elementary schools have Pre-k so your kid may not attend the school you work at. I am finding out my new salary on THE DAY I RETURN TO WORK. Crazy.
