Pros
Great curriculum Great training opportunities I loved my students & they were like little sponges to learning. The pay is good and there are opportunities for extra pay during the summer.
Cons
Aggressive Administration Not too family friendly Administration were not willing to help, they just point out everything that you are doing wrong. A lot of paperwork & data tracking (excessive). No open-door policy...whatever you tell admin, they use it against you. I spent a lot of late nights at school with paperwork and last minute data they wanted. Your evaluation is based of of the students' scores. Their RTI process is a nightmare.
