      Handwashing bonus Patient satisfaction bonus Nice coworkers Good cafeteria food

      Cons

      They let managers decide their own PTO rules so if they don’t want you using PTO so they don’t have to staff behind you, you won’t ever get to take off, and it doesn’t matter what the company policy says. Enjoy being burned out!
