      Great nurse family I just wish they would keep the older more experienced nurses.the doctors are top notch good opportunity for further degree advances

      Cons

      Poor management turnover large lots of new business managers no nursing experience makes for short staffing shifts lots of new ban nurses with lots of book time no practical experience
