* Cliff vesting schedule for retirement is not great, and management fees are sky high.
* vision coverage is a joke.

* rx coverage heavily restricts pharmacy choice for certain prescriptions
* PTO is limited, and incentivizes sick employees to come to work, which has caused me to get sick on more than one occasion.
* Work/life balance is bad. Overwork is a serious problem, and is unaddressed even if you bring it up. My salary is competitive for the area, but when distributed over the hours I work, calculates out to less than minimum wage. I was mocked when I brought it up. Pushing employees to work senselessly long hours is common.
* Little to no diversity in my department, which only hires and retains chinese men.
* Onboarding timeline makes a smooth departure very difficult.
