      Pros

      Insurance is great and really affordable. 403b is awesome, they’re willing to give you a lot of free money. Nice competitive starting base pay. Offer a lot of incentives to be healthy and reap other rewards from it. Regular bonuses for patient satisfaction and hand hygiene.

      Cons

      No differentials for weekends, specialties, Charging, or precepting.
