Pros
Houston Methodist is one of the best places to work in Houston. I cannot say enough about the work environment. There is really no comparison in terms of other hospitals. Most people in Houston are aware of the fact that if you are in the healthcare industry Houston Methodist is the top standard.
Cons
No true downsides. I have heard from others that other healthcare systems in Houston may pay a bit more in terms of salary, however, sometimes it's not all about money. I would hate to make a lot of money but have a terrible work environment.
