Pros
Management, up to the C Suite, is accessible and responsive. They definitely look out for their employees and practice what they preach in terms of company values. Employees seem generally happy and many stay with the organization long term. Patient care is excellent and the company supports employee innovation.
Cons
HR is extremely slow when it comes to internal movement.
