Skip pre-screening in regards to graduate nurse interviews, can speak with coordinator and possibly choose which unit you would like to interview at
Cons
Someone you don’t always get the unit you wished to be an intern on, just learn as much as you can and make the best of it!! Sometimes the leadership of the unit have gotten upset with students for not specifically wanting to work on that unit after graduation.
