Hospital insurance is great. Benefits are great.

Cons

The dept has catty women. There is always some type of drama. The front desk and call center get blamed for everything. The director dos not know how to run the dept and favors too much.

Great benefits, location, free parking & shuttle service. The salary is about what other organizations pay.

Cons

Certain things are department specific. Management need to work together. They ask for staff to be collaborative but don’t take our suggestions into consideration. Overall it’s a great organization to work for.
