      Pros

      Methodist believes in values and definitely believes in taking Care of their employees. Small bonuses for any reason and always putting patient care first.

      Cons

      Managers over their own department don't care about the values that their suppose to uphold within Methodist. Feel they can do and treat you any kind of way if you allow it. (Only speaking of pharmacy)

      Great benefits, location, free parking & shuttle service. The salary is about what other organizations pay.

      Cons

      Certain things are department specific. Management need to work together. They ask for staff to be collaborative but don’t take our suggestions into consideration. Overall it’s a great organization to work for.
