Pros

From day 1 the experience has been phenomenal. Pay for an analyst is competitive. I am allowed and encouraged a life outside of work. Every couple of months, my management encourages my team to take PTO. I am well supported and it is not a place where you are afraid to ask questions. You can really tell people care about what they do, and you are not shamed for your curiosity or lack of knowledge. Depending on the department, a hybrid work model is allowed which is really great for some people who have families or live far. Excellent benefits that you receive communication on each week. I am challenged and can put pressure on myself without it feeling agonizing. This place makes you want to be the best you can be at your job. There are periodically busy weeks or days, but they are rare.

Cons

The foods not the best, but you can always go to the nearby rice village or on fannin for some better options. Downtown isn’t far for a lunch either. I really don’t have much else to say. It can be a fast paced environment if you’ve never worked in healthcare

Pros

Chill, they take care of us.

Cons

No cons, love this company and our team. Maybe just the field of physical therapy there’s no advancement really but that’s a profession issue.
