      Ok bosses. Surgeons are top rate and readily available for questions. Nursing staff generally helpful and readily available as well

      Cons

      Surgical Operating room staff is stupid. Need to fire anesthesiologists and start over. Can be better with more support and less complaining from anesthesia

      Great benefits, location, free parking & shuttle service. The salary is about what other organizations pay.

      Cons

      Certain things are department specific. Management need to work together. They ask for staff to be collaborative but don’t take our suggestions into consideration. Overall it’s a great organization to work for.
