Houston Methodist takes care of their employees. Excellent management for mentorship, tuition reimbursement is excellent, you can move up in the organization. Hospital administrator expects feedback from staff so changes can be made. Inclusive.
Cons
Some times doctors get an attitude when asking for their help with administrative tasks. Management should step in to educate clinical staff to be aware of workflow in business areas.
