Pros
Good employee environment, management wants to ensure everyone is happy. The strive to try to hear employees requests.
Cons
It's hard to find a way to explain to upper management your basic work needs, and items that you need to succeed in your career. It seems like the mentality of management is to cut costs and cut corners, the problem is when you cut too many corners you end up with a circle, and you really don't get anywhere!
