      HMSL is a great hospital, very considerate of their employees and their patients.

      Cons

      Out of the year we’re only allow to have 4 call in days - use to be 6.

      Great benefits, location, free parking & shuttle service. The salary is about what other organizations pay.

      Cons

      Certain things are department specific. Management need to work together. They ask for staff to be collaborative but don’t take our suggestions into consideration. Overall it’s a great organization to work for.
