Pros
Wonderful people, very friendly and fun environment, discounts on fun kitchen/restaurant items, good hours and lots of employee recognition. I generally had fun while I worked here. Good training for people who haven't working in a customer service, office or professional environment. Decent pay while I worked there. Generally given freedom if you're performing well. Lots of teamwork and encouraged to work as a team and make sure no one is left behind - Generally great values/morals.
Cons
Tedious work (data entry from email, faxes and phone calls), DOS based order system (back in ~2016, hopefully got an upgrade! If not, they really should!), working with deadlines and (sometimes) grumpy company reps, pretty tough metrics based on accuracy (for some) and no real growth opportunities. Oh, also parking along the wall ( they didn't have an employee parking lot and we all had to parallel at the back of the building) but even that was a very fair system. I 100% understand hiring through a temp agency, but waiting 3 months to be hired and then 3 months for insurance was tough.
