So far so good. Hours of work are great. Definitely not a hars job to do. Supervisor is extremely friendly and patient when training me. I'm really enjoying being employed with this company so far, I hope they keep their word about my benefits and keeping me working full time , like I was hires for.

If you cannot lift heavy item then this job isn't for you.

Overall a nice place to work - relaxed & casual office setting and they care about their employees. Very accommodating. Company covers the cost of benefits.

Cons

Upper management can be a bit chaotic. Communication tends to lack and projects sometimes result in a scramble. Some of the senior team tends to dump things on people below them when it would be more efficient for them to deal with it themselves. There also isn't much potential for growth. Pay is mediocre and potential for raises is just not an option. PTO policy isn't ideal and it takes quite a while to accrue more. Minimal culture - people typically keep to themselves
