Pros
Nothing I could say, everything is bad about this company.
Cons
At first, everything seems nice. The manager acts sweet in the beginning, but once you're in, her real attitude shows. She starts yelling for no reason in front of everyone. No matter how much effort you put in, she’ll always find something wrong—not because it’s actually wrong, but because she expects you to do extra, pointless tasks. Instead of guiding, she creates drama. I had just 2 years of experience, and she would compare my work with her 7-8 years of experience, expecting the same. The team lead is no better. He assigns illogical tasks, doesn’t support, and when you finally submit after hours of work, he mocks you by saying, “I could’ve done it in 10 minutes.” Once, he made a huge deal about me taking an hour on a task but then took over 4 hours himself to finish it! The biggest lie? “Flexible working hours.” In reality, you work 12–13 hours daily. I was promised an 8 AM to 5 PM shift—but never got to follow it. Even on alternate Saturdays with work-from-home, I tried logging out early and was told to stay back. Tasks are often assigned at 7 PM with instructions to finish before leaving, even if the work has no real value. If you ever request to leave early for personal reasons, they’ll ask for proof—even if you've done your 9 hours and finished your tasks. Also, don’t be fooled by the company ratings online. When I joined, Glassdoor and AmbitionBox ratings were around 3.0, but within a month they jumped to 4.1. It’s clearly manipulated. Trust the negative reviews—they show the real picture.
