Lack of training, lack of lead tracking - Anonymous employee Howard Industries Employee Review

There was no motivation---management by fear of punitive measures created an environment of low morale. Sales and account management credit was given when it was not due. No ability to track the sales leads created by lower level inside sales consultants, only "rock star" outside salepeople.
