      The benefits are decent and are comparable to other companies

      Cons

      Raises are inconsistent and are small. New hires come in at hire pay than existing employees. Salaried employees are paid once per month. Performance pay (bonuses) tend to be small.

      Somewhat free to work autonomously and work the best way you can without too much intervention from senior leadership.

      Cons

      Enough is almost never enough so very little job satisfaction.
