Pros
Good pay and honestly thats about it.
Cons
They don't care about probationary workers, there's a hazing process for probationary workers, they don't equip you with proper equipment or PPE and will blame you or let you go if you get injured. They have a very "fluid" attendance policy where they can say that you were late if you haven't clocked in 15 minutes ahead of time. They only provide one occasion where you're late in 90 days time and if your grandma dies they will still fire you. You can get bumped to another shift if someone with more seniority in your department wants your shift.
