None, don't expect job satisfaction here, so much red tape for everything, you need a pass to go to the toilet. One is also required to breathe.
Cons
Awful management in place, HR is definitely not a people person, she's vile. No one ever wants to speak to her and avoids her at all costs. Never known HR be so unapproachable. They will take take take and give nothing back, worst company I have ever worked for. The management team is a laughing stock and consists of badly trained and poorly executed personnel, some are good (minority), however some are just out of kindergarten with zero experience in the role, you do have to wonder how they have got the position in the first place! They tell you no money for a pay rise but can pay unskilled managers big pay-packets that are non deserving just because they think its their god damn given right. Far to many conflicts within a management team which clearly shows to the workers. There is no unity. Place is a farce. Very poor pay.
