Horrible - Production Howmet Aerospace Employee Review

Man where to start. Upper horrible all they do is try to bark orders while sitting at a desk. Most floor supervisors don’t know they job. They will ask for 10000 favors to get more production but don’t expect nothing back in return. Safety a joke. If it stops production that’s the only way they fix it otherwise it’s not a big deal. We work 12 days on 2 off (every other weekend is mandatory) but maintenance gets every weekend off if they want it. Union gave the pension back for anybody hired after 2010.
