Pros
The pay is decent for practically doing nothing all day. Paid holidays and 13 vacation days are a plus.
Cons
You’ll work constantly. They say they “offer overtime” but leave out the part where it’s mandatory, and if you don’t come in it WILL count against you and get you wrote up. Do not expect a work-life balance. Some management is amazing, but you usually don’t get to see them as much as you’ll come to face the ones who search for reasons to write you up or just try to make you miserable. I’ve watched people quit left and right over both of these, if they’re not fired first. If you like constantly feeling like you’re stuck in high school with all the drama, this place is perfect. They really do not care about you. Some may, but most do NOT. They just care about the product and money. It’s really not worth the stress for the money. They search for reasons to fire people when they can barely keep the people they have. Truthfully, from the mouths of SEVERAL employees who have been here for 3+ years, in the past year it’s gone downhill and a lot of people are miserable having to work 48+ hours a week to meet unachievable numbers.
