      Great money maker great union as well

      Not set shift due to it being seniority based Health hazard from all the smoke from the presses running Management is horrible with communication with employees

      Somewhat free to work autonomously and work the best way you can without too much intervention from senior leadership.

      Cons

      Enough is almost never enough so very little job satisfaction.
