Employee motto: No one is your friend here. Rule are for employee to be written up. Rules can be changed when convenient for management. Equipment and building poorly maintained, any damage the occurs is your fault. Recently, mgmt came through with the intent to make things better, asked for employee input, ignored all suggestions and did what they wanted. Mandatory overtime, especially during Holidays, why? Because numbers were low, bc of equip. breakdown, employees punished by mand. OT. Mgmt is inept. Mgmt fosters division between employee and employer. Recently fired many higher ups who were making decent improvements. Environment both in equipment and relations have gone down. You've been warned.
