Pros
As of 2018 they was non union but in my opinion treated people fairly for the most part, Pay was great for not having any skills. Overtime available but NEVER forced as per company policy,Sunday rate is double pay.
Cons
A mini game of thrones situation between managers/supervisors has been known to play out and Being non union means little recourse Should you find yourself on the chopping block for any reason whether you’re guilty obviously innocent or just being targeted by a superior with a grudge. Unless of course you win another superior’s support and they find reason to speak up.
