Pros
Depending on what building you are working in, it's a nice one. BC2 is climate controled. Only parts of BC1 is. Coworkers are cool Management not to bad, depends on who it is.
Cons
Don't follow handbook. Pick and choose how policies are going to play out for whoever is at the hand of punishment. New employees get chance after chance after chance. Showing up intoxicated and smelling like weed. Some are there to put the work in while others are there and play on their phones. While long term dedicated employees with zero problems or issues, get fired without a second chance. Even if the hand book says a second chance is an option. Some management lie to cover their own butts. Don't trust the drug screen process. If you are negative, get ready to prove it asap or you'll be fired on the spot. If you pop positive, just say you have a drug problem and they will help you and you'll keep your job. Even if you don't have a problem. It's all good.
