Pros
Cost of living & shift differential push you a little higher on the pay scale If you need money but no life, you can work all the overtime you want.
Cons
Working Conditions are toxic and unsustainable. Vermin of all sorts. Unregulated health and safety standards. Profit over maintenance and safety. Lack of communication between every level of leadership with each other and production. No training standards | No real incentive to train. Turnover amounts to a new production workforce every other month. Work schedule 12 to 19 days on then 1 to 2 days off depending on your shift. Talent is leaving and experience is retiring.
