- Being in client services/sales can take its emotional toll (the highs are high/the lows are low); especially when your "product" is also a human ;-) - Commission-based compensation is not for everyone; if you like/expect predictability you may need to readjust your framework

Hoxton Circle is a great place to work. I made the move into executive recruitment from a career in finance and would not have made the move in my career for any other company aside from Hoxton Circle. Some of the great aspects of this company are the people, work that we do, team dynamics, company/collaborative culture, and is a true meritocracy .

Hard to think of one, aside from no company sponsored 401k.
