Pros
The company works and develops top notch telecommunication solutions which you could learn a lot from. Financially speaking the company as a whole is on stable grounds, but individual office performance can vary and company bonuses as well accordingly.
Cons
It's a deeply Chinese company in its culture. Because of this there are no real advancement opportunities for local employees because it is Chinese employees sitting in mid to higher level positions. There is also a division in the local offices between Chinese and local employees. There are many processes that are not coherently tied together. In short it is lacking the organizational culture of western companies.
