Pros
- HubSpot's mission to help companies grow better shines throughout the org and is something people keep coming back to when making decisions. - The software itself is really good. It's powerful yet easy to use, and companies can really get a lot of value out of using it. - Theres significant investment in really smart people at all levels, and in particular at the executive leadership / strategy roles which means we have a lot of really sensible structures / resources / ways of working today and a clear and exciting vision for the future. - The people I work with are smart and motivated, bring the best out of me and make me want to go to work every day. - The compensation and benefits feels fair and has enabled me to meet lots of my personal goals outside of work.
Cons
- Sometimes the pace of change internally can mean some operational details get overlooked which can mean bumpy rides when rolling out new processes. The good thing is people ultimately come together to do the right thing if a change is needed. - It can feel like there aren't always obvious career growth opportunities, especially in regions outside the US. Some roles have multiple levels without meaningful differentiation across levels. That said, HubSpot is super supportive of internal movement tries to create new growth / development opportunities.
