      Good company. Oppertunity to get knowledge, growth and often have a chance to travel. Good rapo with stakeholders and team. Freedom to work if you have proven your potential and company value.

      Cons

      Hidden Politics - It will not impact if you do your job correctly and honestly. Unwanted repeated reporting - Like micro management. Retension is very less.
