Pros
The people who work here are dedicated and knowledge due to the long term service. Products and services really are top notch in the electrical market and consistent innovation is the goal from customer service to the top.
Cons
Being a large corporation with continuous growth through acquisition it can be cumbersome to be promoted. Even after being in line for several promotions, the wait is very long and this can be frustrating. Management likes the to use the phrase it will happen in "Hubbell Time". Pay is not the greatest but also not the best.
