As long as you get along/agree with management you're all set.
Cons
Many good employees have left over the past few years. 2014-2015 seemed like a mass exodus. Upper management doesn't communicate well with employees. The former prestige that the names Haefely and Hipotronics represented in the industry are being ruined.
