      Pros

      Esop Esop Esop! Flexibility. We're brought in as family and treated the same. No matter how long someone's been there. Great benefits and medical benefits. Lots of bonuses and incentives for everyone, not just managers. Did I mention esop?

      Cons

      Turnover rate. Not enough budget hours to keep up on everything. People are over worked and when over worked they dont function as well. Another con would be staying open 24 hours. Not enough business those hours.

      Pros

      They pay fair money. If you can get them to put you in the right bracket.

      Cons

      Their building, especially in the kitchen, is in dire need of repairs. The fryers are a joke. Along with everything else in there. There are some serious health code violations in there. If the health and code enforcers were to see it, they would shut it down. The management is pretty much non-existent. Especially if you work weekends. There is so much more I could say, but I am not.
