Pros
The company culture is very people-oriented. It's easy to build good relationships with the people around you, and the people are skilled, friendly, and encouraged to help each other. There are challenging and diverse projects to work on that expose you to modern technologies and frameworks. The company has exciting goals and ambitious visions; it doesn't feel like Hudl is stagnating or coasting. The benefits offered are flexible and are geared toward supporting employees and giving them space and resources to live life outside of work.
Cons
Salaries tend to be lower than offers at some other companies (however, the benefits really work for me to make up for any discrepancy, but your mileage may vary). It can also feel like things move a little too quickly, leading to feelings of disorganization at the company level and "make it work" situations.
